Vehicle Requirements
To maintain the quality, safety, and performance standards of Sapphire Auto Collective, all vehicles must meet the following eligibility criteria before being accepted into our rental management program:
Drivetrain: All-wheel drive (AWD) or four-wheel drive (4x4) required

Tires: Dedicated summer and winter tires, or winter-rated all-terrain tires
​
Vehicle Age: 7 years old or newer, or A desirable classic vehicle that is 25 years or older
​
Mileage: No more than 100,000 miles at time of onboarding
​
Condition: Excellent physical, cosmetic, and mechanical condition
Recalls: No open or unresolved safety recalls
​
Transmission: Automatic transmission only
​
Registration & Ownership:Vehicle must be registered in the State of Montana
Registration must be in the name of the insured party
​
Title Status: Clean title only; no bonded, rebuilt, or salvage titles
​
Location:Vehicle must be located within 5 miles of the airport, or Stored at a Sapphire Auto Collective facility for an additional fee
​
All vehicles are subject to inspection and final approval prior to acceptance.
